What you’re signing up for

When you join the Luvani launch list, we store your email address so we can tell you when the iPhone app is available. Joining the list is free. It doesn’t create an account in the app.

What we keep

We keep your email, the time you joined, your consent to receive the launch announcement and which signup form you used. We also keep a private removal capability so you can leave the list. To limit spam, we keep short-lived request counts linked to a hashed network address. We don’t keep the raw network address in the waitlist database.

What we use it for

Your email is for the Luvani iPhone launch announcement. We don’t sell the list or use it for advertising profiles. This website doesn’t use advertising trackers.

Where it lives

The list is stored in a hosted Cloudflare D1 database through our website hosting provider. Only authorised people managing Luvani can access the subscriber records.

Changing your mind

After joining, you’ll see a removal link. Keep it somewhere handy. Opening that link lets you confirm that you want to remove your email. We also save the link in this browser’s local storage, when available, so it can be shown again if you sign up with the same email here. After a removal, a short-lived functional cookie helps this browser forget the old removal link. It is cleared on your next signup attempt and expires after ten minutes.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup until you remove it or the iPhone launch announcement has been sent, then delete the launch-list record within 90 days. Any future marketing subscription will need a separate choice from you.
